Pregnant women with a higher level of Vitamin B3 in their bloodstream may have a lower risk of their children developing eczema. The study, from the University of Southampton, showed that infants whose mothers had higher levels of the vitamin in their blood had a 30 per cent lower chance of developing the condition.
