Watermelon soda

  • 5 cups of chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp grenadine
  • 1 ½ lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 ½ unflavoured sparkling water
  • Mint leaves
